Statutory Update - 2015
Tammy Helminski of the Grand Rapids office participated in the Michigan Bar Environmental Law Section webinar titled "Statutory Update - 2015" on Feb. 25. Tammy moderated the webinar that included Part 215 Amendments, which establish a new Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund Authority. Tammy is an elected member of the Michigan Environmental Law Section Council and serves as vice-chair of the Hazardous Substances & Brownfields Committee.
