On Aug. 12, Ann Grayson of the Indianapolis office partnered with Robert Fowler, director of professional services at Jordan Lawrence, and Therese King Nohos, senior legal counsel at DeVry Education Group, to present "Defensibly Downsizing Your Data: Where to Start with Records Retention & Defensible Deletion," hosted by the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Chicago Chapter in Oak Brook, Illinois. The presentation was then repeated in the firm's Chicago office on Aug. 13. Several attorneys from the Chicago office attended both programs.
