Attorney Presentation - "Legal Challenges to Provider Integration"

On Jan. 26, Laura Seng of the South Bend office presented a two-hour seminar for the University of Notre Dame's MBA program entitled "Legal Challenges to Provider Integration." Notre Dame's MBA class on innovations in healthcare asked Laura to lecture on the challenges presented by federal healthcare antitrust laws and other fraud and abuse statutes when attempting to clinically or financially integrate healthcare providers to improve population health.
