Kelly is a member of the Litigation and Environmental departments and the eDiscovery and Knowledge Management practice group.
Her engagements include defense of toxic tort litigation, legal actions arising under federal and state environmental statutes, RICO, and the resolution of commercial disputes for publicly traded companies and private businesses.
