David Ritter participates in 2013 Labor and Employment Law Roundtable

David Ritter, a partner in the Chicago office of Barnes & Thornburg, is a panel participant in Cornell University's May 5, 2013 Labor and Employment Law Roundtable, hosted by The Center for Hospitality Research. Ritter’s discussion will be centered on the topic, “The Supreme Court’s Soon-to-be-issued Decision on the Motivating Factor Framework in Retaliation.” Attendees of the event will include students from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and Cornell University Law School.
