What Everyone Should Know About Preferences

Deborah Thorne of the Chicago office spoke on Feb. 24 at the Legal Symposium sponsored by NACM Connect. The symposium was held in St. Louis and was attended by credit professionals. Deborah spoke to the group on "What Everyone Should Know About Preferences" and participated in a mock trial defending a preference case. The mock trial focused on the use of expert witnesses in defending preferences.
