Kevin Driscoll of the Chicago office co-presented a CLE to in-house counsel and bank officers at BMO Harris on June 26 at BMO's offices in Chicago. The presentation was entitled "Minimizing Preferential and Fraudulent Transfer Liability: A Primer for Bank Officers and Counsel." In attendance were bank officers and counsel responsible for commercial, credit card, special assets and workouts and small business divisions at BMO.
