MedAssets CLE Program

On Oct. 21, Jim Leonard of the Atlanta office put together a CLE course for the legal department of firm client, MedAssets. Speakers included Thomas Haskins, Douglas Haloftis and William Stewart of the Dallas office, and John Meyers of the Atlanta office. The presentation focused on multidisciplinary CLE with topics including: "The Changing Face of Arbitration," "Obama Administration Update: EEOC, DOL, NLRB Are Pushing Out With New Rules & Compliance Headaches," "Bankruptcy Update: Preferences and Executory Contracts," "Top Ten Employment Cases & Issues of 2015," and "Recent Antitrust Decisions in Healthcare."
