Pre-Trial Determination of Admissibility of Scientific Evidence

On Nov. 6, Dean Barnhard of the Indianapolis office was a co-presenter at ICLEF's Admissibility of Scientific Evidence & Expert Testimony seminar. Dean's presentation, "Pre-Trial Determination of Admissibility of Scientific Evidence - Use of Rules in State & Federal Court," was very well-received. Jeff Lawson, the ICLEF Program Director, summarized the reviews with a congratulatory email stating "You did a fantastic job today - you have such a smooth delivery! It makes it very pleasant to listen to you, which in turn helps in the understanding of your information." Dean will also be chairing and presenting at ICLEF's Product Liability & Toxic Tort program on Feb. 4.
