Scott Godes of the Washington, D.C., office was a panelist at the Incident Response Forum on April 10 in Washington, D.C. Scott’s session was “Cyber-Insurance: How to Work With Insurance Companies, Battleground Issues and How to Get Paid.” There were more than 400 attendees at the conference. The audience included in-house counsel and defense counsel who have been referral sources for insurance coverage work. An April 10 Business Insurance article quoted Scott regarding his comments at the forum.
