Leveraging the insights he gained on secondment as in-house counsel with a hedge fund client, Stefan advises on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; private equity; securities; and lending and regulatory issues impacting public and private companies.
Specifically, he provides guidance regarding bank loans, trade claims, real estate loans and post-reorganization equity in a variety of industries and geographic areas. He also counsels on debt and equity investments, novel investment structures and other financial transactions.
Stefan has extensive experience in the review and analysis of credit documentation, particularly in the preparation and negotiation of primary and secondary trading documentation under both the LSTA and LMA regimes.
