Cyber Insurance: New CGL Case Law and The Evolution of Cyber Policies

Cyber insurance: what some people used to consider optional coverage may be positioned to become the most important commercial liability policy of our time. The evolution makes sense, however, when you consider that one single breach could cost a company hundreds of millions of dollars...and many insurance companies have claimed that they do not owe coverage under other policies. This course, Cyber Insurance: New CGL Case Law and The Evolution of Cyber Policies, will help you understand the coverage issues posed by cyber claims under CGL policies and the evolution of cyber policies, including coverage components are offered in cyber policies, and why they are important.

Our panel of nationally recognized practitioners and thought leaders will discuss the most important court rulings on CGL coverage for cyber exposures, how cyber insurance policies address data beach and other risks, as well as different components of cyber coverage. Topics of discussion include:
