Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer First Source BankIn the midst of heightened attention on racial injustice, many businesses are expressing their support for racial justice, greater diversity in the workplace, and Black Lives Matter.
The current economic, social and business climate compels employers to consider addressing matters of race and racism with greater understanding. This program will feature a panel discussion to consider matters of systemic racism to build understanding and provoke thoughtful solutions in the workplace. We will also discuss multiple legal issues, including discrimination, that arise in the context of today’s workplace challenges.
