Attorney Presentation - "New Laws Enacted and Important Cases Decided in 2016"

On Feb. 9, Doug Haloftis and John Willding of the Dallas office presented a CLE program to the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter entitled "New Laws Enacted and Important Cases Decided in 2016." The program was held at Chamberlains Steak and Chop House in Dallas and was a sellout, with 60 in-house counsel attending. Doug and John spoke about Fifth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court cases, wage and hour updates, and new rules from the Department of Labor. John also presented on how to handle a government investigation of a senior executive.
