Sitting down and reflecting on 2020 through the lens of our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and our hopes for the future, “forward” seemed most fitting. So, we present Barnes & Thornburg's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion 2020 annual report, Forward.
In its pages, you will see how we chose to play to win, to look forward, toward our DEI vision for the firm, through our investment in our people and resources, and most critically, the establishment of a Racial and Social Justice Foundation.
Our hope is that this report affirms that through the most challenging year in modern history to date, we had a choice to make, and we choose to hold fast to our continued DEI commitment to change and to better.
