Senator Introduces Bill to Overturn NLRB Decisions


Fox News reports that Republican Senator John Barrasso "introduced legislation Wednesday that would freeze or overturn virtually every decision the National Labor Relations Board has made in the past year." This comes in the wake of the D.C. Circuit's January 25, 2013 Noel Canning decision which we covered here.
