Confidentiality and the Attorney-Client Privilege for Corporate Clients

Don Lundberg of the Indianapolis office and former Atlanta Barnes & Thornburg attorney Asha Jackson (currently Superior Court Judge of Dekalb County, Georgia) were presenters for a Professionalism and Ethics CLE hosted by the Atlanta office on Jan. 30. Don spoke on "Confidentiality and the Attorney-Client Privilege for Corporate Clients" for the Ethics portion and Judge Jackson spoke on "Protecting Our Profession: A Continuing Crisis of Lack of Public Confidence" for the Professionalism portion. The CLE was followed by a cocktail reception.
