The Michigan Chamber of Commerce Annual Environmental Issues Forum was presented virtually this year, with about 90 registrants from manufacturers, utilities, municipalities, consultants, other businesses. There were presentations on environmental justice regulatory and permitting issues by Joel Bowers; PFAS emerging contaminants regulation by Tammy Helminski; water quality issues (including wastewater and stormwater) by Fred Andes; federal environmental updates, including new EPA administration management and priorities by Jeff Longsworth; remediation/brownfield issues (vapor intrusion, due care, Part 201 stakeholders process) by Charlie Denton; and MIOSHA/OSHA updates by Don Lawless.
