My Generation: Legal Issues in the Changing Workplace

Bill Nolan of the Columbus Office presented "My Generation: Legal Issues in the Changing Workplace" at the annual conference for LeadingAge Ohio, a firm government relations client that represents 400 long-term care organizations in Ohio. The presentation focused on how the differences between workers of different generations heightens the frequency and importance of legal issues in three areas – laws protecting caregivers such as the ADA and FMLA, the use of technology, and workplace harassment.
