Reyes, Jr. of the Minneapolis office spoke on a panel hosted by the ABA Commission on Hispanic Legal Rights and Responsibilities entitled "The Latino Impact: Voting Rights, Immigration and Diversity" on Nov. 6 in Washington, D.C.
