Felicia Boyd of the Minneapolis office gave two presentations at the Midwest IP Institute on Sept. 17. Felicia's first presentation, "And the Hits Just Keep on Coming: The Supremes and IP 2015," gave a playlist of what the Supreme Court did, didn't do and perhaps declined to do in the past year, with a sneak peek of what may be released in 2016. Felicia's second presentation, "The 10 Weirdest Things About the Copyright Act: Quirky Law That May Trip Up Your Client," reviewed some of the hidden quirks of the Copyright Act and the oddities that can flow from the application of various provisions.
