Preventing Arbitration From Becoming Litigation

Tim Abeska was one of the presenters at the St. Joseph County Bar Association Local Practice Seminar on November 14, 2013. The topic of Tim's presentation was "Preventing Arbitration From Becoming Litigation." The presentation included a discussion of the new American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules, which took effect Oct. 1, 2013, and the AAA Optional Appellate Rules which became effective Nov. 1, 2013.
