Jason & Adam will provide a break from the normal presentation format and lead an interactive panel discussion on hot button employment issues involving Facebook, Twitter, and other social media avenues which create pitfalls for employers. They will also cover the NLRB's assault on "at will" employment, the state of the Right to Work movement, legal and business concerns with remote employees, and recent retaliation issues pending before the Supreme Court.
