Jennifer Cerven of the Chicago office presented at the Kane County Bar Association's 2014 Employment & Labor Law Seminar in Geneva, Illinois. Her presentation was entitled "The New Age of Age Discrimination Claims: A discussion of the latest trends in age discrimination claims at the EEOC and in the Courts" and was given to an audience of approximately 80 lawyers on May 29.
