INDIANAPOLIS - National legal publication Law360 has named environmental attorney Tim Haley of Barnes & Thornburg LLP's Indianapolis office as a “Rising Star.” Two attorneys were recognized nationwide in the area of environmental law.

Law360 editors selected Haley after a review of more than 1,200 applications nominating attorneys under 40 years old whose legal accomplishments surpass their age.

Haley focuses his practice on environmental issues in business and real estate transactions, enforcement defense, litigation, regulatory compliance in areas such as remediation of impaired properties, cost recovery for environmentally impaired properties, Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act permitting, solid and hazardous waste, and storm water, flood plain and wetlands issues. He is a member of Barnes & Thornburg’s Environmental Department and the Construction Law, Climate Change, and Policyholder Insurance Recovery and Counseling Group practice groups.
