Indiana Transportation Association 81st Annual Meeting

Jeanine Gozdecki and Jerry Lutkus of the South Bend office presented a legal update this week to participants in the Indiana Transportation Association 81st Annual Meeting. Jeanine addressed "Ten Employment Issues You Should Know" while Jerry spoke on the "NLRB's Continued Crackdown On Personnel Policies." The attendees were representatives of public transit companies from around the state of Indiana.
