PFAS Risk and Impact on Continuing Obligations

On April 23, Charlie Denton of the Atlanta office moderated a panel at the Georgia Brownfield Association 2019 Brownfield Seminar in Atlanta. The panel Charlie moderated was “PFAS Risk and Impact on Continuing Obligations: An informative discussion about how PFAS can impact brownfield sites in various stages of development, from environmental site assessments to risk assessments to continuing obligations.” Charlie also presented on another panel regarding the Superfund BUILD Act on tenant liabilities and assessments at brownfield sites. Attendees at the sold-out seminar held at Georgia Power exceeded 200 consultants, regulators and EH&S managers.
