Barnes Thornburg Relocates in Philadelphia to Three Logan Square

PHILADELPHIA – Barnes & Thornburg has relocated to the 49th floor of Three Logan Square at 1717 Arch Street in Philadelphia. The four-year, 7,200-square-foot lease accommodates growth as the office has more than doubled in size since opening in September 2022. The office moved into the new location on March 20.

Three Logan Square is a high-rise corporate campus located in the popular Logan Square section of the city. The area is widely recognized as the arts and culture district and includes a walkable area of restaurants, residential high-rises, upscale hotels, and improved public green spaces.

“Barnes & Thornburg is off to a running start and we’ve already had an exciting amount of growth since the office opened last fall,” said Michael C. Zogby, partner-in-charge of the firm’s Philadelphia office. “This new space will help us plan for expansion in the next few years, and we’re thrilled to be in the heart of the city at Three Logan Square. We have received so much interest and excitement from the legal community, our clients, the courts, other firms, and the industries we represent, and we are exactly where our clients want us to be.” The firm was mentioned in the Philadelphia Business Journal as being among the top-10 lateral hiring firms in Philadelphia in 2022.

David Healy of JLL represented the firm in lease negotiations. The landlord was represented in lease negotiations by Matt Croce of Brandywine Realty Trust.

With more than 800 attorneys and other legal professionals, Barnes & Thornburg is one of the largest law firms in the country. The firm serves clients worldwide from offices in Atlanta, Boston, California, Chicago, Delaware, Indiana, Michigan, Minneapolis, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Philadelphia, Raleigh, South Florida, Salt Lake City, Texas, and Washington, D.C.
