The Long Arm of the NLRB

On Feb. 13, Jeanine Gozdecki of the South Bend office presented at the 2nd Annual Legal Symposium for the RV Industry Lawyers Committee in Palm Desert, California. Jeanine joined a group of litigators that covered a wide range of legal issues in the RV industry. Jeanine’s presentation, “The Long Arm of the NLRB,” focused on recent developments in labor law affecting businesses, including workplace rules and policies, changing standards on joint employment, and influence of the NLRB on non-union workforces.
