Bruce R. Bancroft

Bruce R. Bancroft is retired of counsel in the South Bend, Indiana, office of Barnes & Thornburg. He practiced primarily in the areas of real estate, corporate, and healthcare and had extensive experience in counseling clients and drafting documents. As part of his practice, he formed real estate entities of every type, drafted complex real estate documents involving residential and commercial projects, and handled numerous rezoning and zoning variance matters. His experience included real estate financing, sale and acquisition of real estate, and foreclosure of mortgages.
