Stemming from a recent jury trial win on behalf of client Tokai Kogyo, Kendall Millard of the Indianapolis office was quoted in an article, “Tokai Kogyo victorious in auto parts bid-rigging trial,” published on Dec. 7 by PaRR, an Acuris company. Kendall, Larry Mackey, Bradley Love and Neal Brackett of the Indianapolis office and Meena Sinfelt of the Washington, D.C., office obtained not guilty verdicts for clients Tokai Kogyo, Ltd. and its U.S. subsidiary, Green Tokai Co. Ltd., in a federal criminal jury trial in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in Cincinnati.
